Job Title: Director of Finance

Position Summary:
The Director of Finance will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the Company鈥檚 financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning functions. This position will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support executive leadership with data-driven insights. The role requires deep technical accounting expertise, public company reporting experience, and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting, including SEC filings and disclosures
  • Oversee technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulations
  • Support earnings call preparation, including script development in coordination with executive leadership and external partners
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
  • Review and approve journal entries, including oversight of accounting close activities
  • Oversee bank account administration, including access controls, maintenance, and payment approvals
  • Ensure compliance with debt agreements, including senior notes reporting and covenant monitoring
  • Supervise intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation and reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and payment workflows
  • Manage commission calculations, including DIGIDEA and other incentive programs
  • Provide oversight of digital accounting operations and controller-level responsibilities
  • Review OTC verifications and annual reporting requirements
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership

Operational Oversight Includes:

  • SOIBDA forecasting support (in coordination with FP&A leadership)
  • Houston progression reporting
  • Intercompany covenant tracking and compliance
  • SAP or ERP system-related financial processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including public company exposure
  • Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international operations preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Support role will be based in Miami to support the company鈥檚 Human Resources and Legal Department. This position will handle various responsibilities across multiple HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and various compliance tasks in multiple markets. The ideal individual must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, possess strong written and verbal communication, demonstrate high-level administrative and organizational skills, and proven success maintaining a realistic balance among multiple, shifting priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain current HR and Legal files and databases.

  • Partner with Corporate HR to support file audits and ensure all required employee documentation is collected and compliant.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and issuing offer letters.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

  • Ensure completion of benefit enrollment and background check processes.

  • Serve as a point of contact for new hire questions across multiple markets.

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

  • Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment regulations.

  • Partner with hiring managers on employee relations matters, including conduct, hiring, terminations, and labor-related considerations.

  • Perform HR and benefits audits and recommend corrective actions as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to both the Human Resources and Legal departments, including preparing documents, maintaining confidential files, coordinating meetings, and assisting with compliance-related processes.

  • Prepare Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) via the company intranet and generate reports for management approval.

Position Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible to analyze complex financial records and reports and oversee a company’s accounting operations. 聽The senior accountant regulates and authenticates financial transactions. 聽Maintains a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall accounting and variance analysis, primarily of television production and programming activities, as well as digital operations and other general accounting areas.
  • Perform various functions directly related to the accounting month-end close process, which include but are not limited to preparing journal entries and supporting schedules, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and reviewing detailed transactions for accuracy and validity of accounting treatment.

  • Prepare ad-hoc or other financial reports, as necessary.

  • Review and analysis of financial statements and key metrics for assigned areas.
  • Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliation in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance to cross functional stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements as continuous improvement
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation as necessary
  • Help design and implement internal controls over accounting processes
